S. R. Bose & Co. Chartered Accountants is one of the oldest CA Firms in Bangladesh. The founder: Mr.Shishir Ranjan Bose FCA established the firm on 31st August, 1999.Now the firm has been restructured with new partners of Mr. N. B Roy FCA and Dipok Kumar Roy FCA having wide experiences in auditing, financial analysis as financial specialist and policy analysis with S. F Ahmed & Co., Chartered Accountants and Management Consultancy, the earlier local representative of Ernst & Young and one of the biggest Chartered Accountancy and Management Consultancy firm in Bangladesh. More partners and directors are in pipelines to join within short time. Moreover, some course completed professionals from different reputed Chartered Accountancy firm having experience in auditing, financial system, secretarial practice, policies and taxation have been recruited to build up the firm professionally capable to compete in the market with others and to ensure quality work. The firm has at present 13 (Thirteen) Article Students, 7(seven) CA Curse Complete audit supervisors and more than 2 managers, consultants and advisors. The initiatives of taking more article students in the firm are in process.
